功能主治
治疗肝炎药。用于慢性乙型肝炎。
用法用量
口服，一次150mg，一日2次。
不良反应
少数患者在应用过程中有头昏、恶心、胸闷、口干、乏力、皮疹和低热，轻者不须处理短期内即可自行缓解或消失；严重者需立即就诊。个别病人可出现低血钾及血压升高。长期应用极少数病人出现轻度面部或下肢浮肿，极个别出现体毛增生。
禁忌
1.?对本剂既往有过敏史患者。
2.?醛固酮症患者，肌病患者，低钾血症患者（可加重低钾血症和高血压症）。
注意事项
1.?慎重给药，对高龄患者应慎重给药（高龄患者低钾血症发生率高）（参照老年患者用药）。
2.?一般注意事项
(1)?为防止休克的出现，问诊要充分。
(2)?事先准备急救设施，以便发生休克时能及时抢救。
(3)?给药后，需保持患者安静，并密切观察患者状态。
(4)?与含甘草制剂并用时，容易出现假性醛固酮增多症，应予注意。
3.?给药时注意 静脉内给药时，应注意观察患者的状态，尽量缓慢速度给药。用酒精棉消毒安瓶切口后，再切瓶口。
4.?有报导口服甘草酸及含有甘草制剂时，可出现横纹肌溶解症。
