功能主治
补气活血，通经活络；具有扩张血管，增加脑血流量作用；用于脑血栓、脑动脉硬化、中风后遗症等各种脑血管疾病气虚血瘀证引起的头痛、眩晕、半身不遂、肢体发麻、神疲乏力等症。
用法用量
口服，一次1-2粒，一日3次。
不良反应
维生素B6在肾功能正常时几乎不产生毒性。罕见过敏反应。若每天应用200mg，持续30天以上，可致依赖综合征。
禁忌
1．孕妇接受大量维生素B6，可致新生儿维生素B6依赖综合征。|2．对盐酸托哌酮过敏者禁用。|3．重症肌无力患者禁用。
注意事项
本品是中西药复方制剂，鉴于尚无充分的临床研究数据证实本复方制剂可以减低或消除其中化学药品的不良反应或其他应当注意的事项，故在此列出所含化学药品的相关内容，以提示医患在使用本品时予以关注。 |1．本药中含有盐酸托哌酮。盐酸托哌酮具有扩张血管和中枢性肌肉松驰作用。单用盐酸托哌酮治疗成人脑动脉硬化和脑血管后遗症的日服用总剂量不得超300mg。盐酸托哌酮的不良反应：少数患者服用后有一过性食欲不振、腹痛、头晕、嗜睡、面部潮红、患肢疼痛、下肢无力、乏力等，一般不严重，停药后1～2天即消失。 |2．本药中含有维生素B6。|（1）维生素B6的不良反应：若每天服用200mg，持续30天，曾经报道可产生维生素B6依赖综合征；每日用2～6g，持续几个月，可引起严重的神经感觉异常，进行性步态不稳至足麻木、手不灵活，停药后可缓解，但仍软弱无力。有报道，维生素B6内服可产生便秘，嗜睡、食欲不振；维生素B6可使寻常痤疮恶化或使痤疮性皮疹糜烂。|（2）维生素B6影响左旋多巴治疗帕金森病的疗效，但对卡比多巴的疗效无影响。|（3）维生素B6对诊断的干扰：尿胆原试验呈假阳性。
