功能主治
补肾通络，祛风除湿。主治类风湿关节炎属风湿痹阻兼肾虚证。症见关节肿胀疼痛，屈伸不利，晨僵，关节压痛，关节喜暖畏寒，腰膝酸软，舌质淡，苔白，脉沉细。
用法用量
口服，一次2粒，一日3次，饭后服用。一个月为一个疗程，可连续服用3个疗程。
不良反应
1.临床研究发现，少数患者服药后出现恶心，胃部不适、纳差、胀痛、胃痛、便秘、皮疹、色素沉着、口干。此时应给予相应的处理或遵医嘱处理。
2.服用本品偶见个别患者出现肝功能轻度异常、白细胞减少。患者应减量服药或停药，并遵医嘱处理。
3.本品可能引起少数女性患者出现月经紊乱（月经延迟、闭经），男子精子减少。
禁忌
1.孕妇、哺乳期妇女或患有肝、肾功能不全以及严重全身性疾病者禁用。
2.处于生长发育期的婴幼儿、青少年及生育年龄有生育要求者禁用。或全面权衡利弊后遵医嘱使用。
3.患有骨髓造血障碍疾病者禁用。
4.胃、十二指肠溃疡活动期禁用。
5.严重心律失常禁用。
6.严重贫血、白细胞、血小板低下者禁用。
注意事项
1.服药期间禁饮烈酒。
2.心功能不全慎用。
3.为观察本品可能出现的不良反应，服药过程中，定期随诊、检查、复查血、尿常规，心电图和肝肾功能。
4.临床试验疗程为12周，目前没有超过临床试验疗程的安全性和有效性资料。
