功能主治
清热凉血，健脾和胃，制酸止痛。用于胃热烧灼，脘腹刺痛，呕恶吞酸，食少倦怠，慢性胃炎见上述症状者。
用法用量
口服，一次2片，一日3次，嚼碎服。
不良反应
肾功能不全患者长期应用可能会有铝蓄积中毒，出现精神症状。
禁忌
阑尾炎或急腹症时，服用本品可使病情加重，可增加阑尾穿孔的危险，应禁用。
注意事项
1.忌食生冷油腻不易消化食物及辛辣刺激性食物。
2.不适用于脾胃阴虚，主要表现为口干，舌红少津，大便干。
3.本品含氢氧化铝、硝酸铋、氧化镁。骨折患者不宜服用，这是由于不溶性磷酸铝复合物的形成，导致血清磷酸盐浓度降低及磷自骨内移出；能妨碍磷的吸收，长期服用能引起低磷血症；低磷血症（如吸收不良综合征）患者慎用；本品有便秘作用，故长期便秘者应慎用；服用本品期间不得服用其他铋制剂，且本品不宜长期大量服用。
4.孕妇慎用。哺乳期妇女应在医师指导下服用。
5.按照用法用量服用，小儿、年老体弱者应在医师指导下服用。
6.对本品过敏者禁用，过敏体质者慎用。
7.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
8.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
9.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
10.如正在使用其他药品，使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。
