功能主治
清热除湿化滞。用于急性胃肠炎，属伤食泄泻型及湿热泄泻型者，症见腹痛腹满、泄泻臭秽、恶心呕腐或有发热恶寒苔黄脉数等。亦可用于食滞胃痛而症见胃皖痛、拒按、恶食欲吐、嗳腐吐酸、舌苔厚腻或黄腻脉数者。
用法用量
口服。一次2粒，一日3次。浅表性胃炎十五天为一个疗程。
不良反应
尚不明确。
禁忌
1.对本品或其所含成分过敏者禁用。
2.孕妇禁用。
3.脾胃虚寒泄泻者（表现为泄泻不发热，粪便清稀，腹部凉痛，脉沉迟，舌淡）禁用。
4.腹泻伴高热者禁用。
注意事项
1.过敏体质者慎用。
2.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
3.小儿、年老体虚者应在医师指导下服用。
4.高血压病、心脏病、肝病、肾病等慢性病严重者或正在接受其他治疗的患者，应在医师指导下服用。
5.不宜在服药期间同时服用滋补性中成药。
6.腹泻严重脱水者，则应采取相应的治疗措施，如配合适当补液。
7.急性胃肠炎患者服用过程中，如果伴有高热、腹泻带有血或黏液，需去医院就诊。
8.如果联用口服有利于腹泻脱水恢复的补液盐，必须按说明书要求稀释的浓度进行稀释后饮用。
9.服用本品症状加重，或出现其他严重症状时，应停药并及时去医院诊治。
10.服药期间饮食宜清淡、易消化，忌食生冷、油腻、辛辣的食物。
11.养成良好的卫生习惯，如饭前、便后要洗手；未吃完的食物应盖好，以免苍蝇、蟑螂污染饭菜。
12.药品性状发生改变时，如颗粒颗粒结块，发潮，霉变，有异臭等；胶囊相互粘连，变形，破裂，霉变，内容物结块，变硬等；或药片粘连，变色，药片上有霉斑，裂纹，发潮，有臭味等，请不要服用。如已超过包装上所印的有效期，或包装破损，或有损坏的痕迹，请不要服用。
