功能主治
免疫调节剂,本品用于恶性肿瘤的辅助治疗。
用法用量
每周两次,每次一瓶2ml（含1mg）,加入250ml生理盐水或5%葡萄糖注射液中滴注,或用5%葡萄注射液20ml稀释后静注.
不良反应
1.休克:较为罕见,因此在病人用药后因密切观察。出现口内异常感、畏寒、心律异常、血压下降、呼吸困难等症状时应即停药并适当处理。|2.皮肤:偶见皮疹、发红、应停药。|3.呼吸系统:偶见胸部压迫感、咽喉狭窄感,应密切观察。发生时应减慢给药速度,如改静脉推注为滴注或减慢滴注速度。|4.消化系统:偶见恶心、呕吐、食欲不振。|5.神经系统:偶见头痛、头重、头晕。|6.血液:偶见红、白细胞及血红蛋白减少。|7.其它:偶见发热、出汗、面部潮红等症状。

对本品过敏患者禁用.
