适应症
先天性和获得性凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ缺乏症(单独或联合缺乏)包括：1．凝血因子Ⅸ缺乏症(乙型血友病)，以及Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅹ凝血因子缺乏症；2．抗凝剂过量、维生素K缺乏症；3．肝病导致的出血患者需要纠正凝血功能障碍时；4．各种原因所致的凝血酶原时间延长而拟作外科手术患者；但对凝血因子V缺乏者可能无效；5．治疗已产生因子Ⅷ抑制物的甲型血友病患者的出血症状；6．逆转香豆素类抗凝剂诱导的出血；
用法用量
用法：1．本品专供静脉输注，应在临床医师的严格监督下使用。2．用前应先将本品及其溶解液预温至20-25℃，按瓶签标示量注入预温的溶解液，轻轻转动直至本品完全溶解(注意勿使产生很多泡沫)。3．溶解后用带有滤网装置的输血器进行静脉滴注。滴注速度开始要缓慢，约15滴/分，15分钟后稍加快滴注速度(40-60滴/分)，一般在30-60分钟左右滴完。4．滴注时，医师要随时注意使用情况，若发现弥散性血管内凝血或血栓的临床症状和体征，要立即终止使用。并用肝素拮抗。用量：应根据病情及临床检验结果包括凝血试验指标等来决定给药量。1．使用剂量随因子缺乏程度而异，一般每kg体重输注10-20IU，以后凝血因子Ⅸ缺乏者每隔24小时，凝血因子Ⅱ和凝血因子Ⅹ缺乏者，每隔24-48小时，凝血因子Ⅶ缺乏者每隔6-8小时，可减少或酌情减少剂量输用，一般历时2-3天。2．在出血量较大或大手术时可根据病情适当增加剂量。3．凝血酶原时间延长患者如拟作睥切除者要先于手术前用药，术中和术后根据病情决定。
不良反应
1．尚无系统规范的不良反应观察资料。快速滴注时可引起发热、潮红、头疼等副反应，减缓或停止滴注，上述症状即可消失。2．偶有报道因大量输注导致弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)，深静脉血栓(DVT)，肺栓塞(PE)等。有血栓形成史患者接受外科手术时应权衡利弊，慎用本品。
禁忌
须严格控制适应症，对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1．除肝病出血患者外，在用药前应确诊患者存在凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ缺乏症。冠心病、心肌梗死、严重肝病、外科手术等患者如有血栓形成或弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)倾向时，应慎用本品。2．本品不得用于静脉外的注射途径。3．瓶子破裂、产品过有效期或溶解后出现摇不散沉淀等情况不可使用。如发现制剂瓶内已失去真空度，请勿使用。4．静脉滴注时，医师要随时注意使用情况，若发现弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)或血栓的临床症状和体征，要立即终止使用。并用肝素拮抗。本品含有凝血因子Ⅸ的一半效价的肝素，可降低血栓形成的危险性。但是，一旦发现任何可疑情况，即使患者病情不允许完全停用，也要大幅度减低用量。5．制品一旦开瓶应立即使用(一般不得超过3小时)，未用完部分不能保留再用。
贮藏
于2-8℃避光保存和运输。

按人凝血因子Ⅸ的效价分为：100IU/瓶、200IU/瓶、300IU/瓶、400IU/瓶、1000IU/瓶，同时制品还含有适量的人凝血因子Ⅱ、Ⅶ、Ⅹ。复溶后体积为10ml/瓶。
