适应症
促进创面愈合，可用于慢性创面(包括慢性肉芽创面、溃疡和褥疮等)和新鲜创面(包括外伤、手术伤等)、烧伤创面(包括浅 Ⅱ 度、深 Ⅱ 度、肉芽创面)。
用法用量
将安瓶或西林瓶中的重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子干粉用注射用水或生理盐水溶解后直接涂抹于(或用喷雾器喷于)清创后的伤患处，或在伤患处覆以适当大小的消毒纱布，将药液均匀滴加于纱布，适当包扎即可，重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子的最适用量约为150IU/cm2创面面积。
不良反应
未见明显不良反应。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。给药部位患有恶性肿瘤或者有既往史者禁用。
注意事项
本品使用面积超过10%体表面积时的安全性尚未确定。运动员慎用。
贮藏
于2-8℃避光保存和运输。
