适应症
预防百日咳。
用法用量
主要用于６月至６岁的婴幼儿。 注射于三角肌皮下，第１年基础免疫注射３次，第１次０．５ｍｌ，第２、３次均为１ｍｌ，每次间隔１～４周，以后每１～２年注射１ｍｌ。必须注射完全程（３针）才有效。
不良反应
尚不明确。
禁忌
发热、急性病、过敏体质或有神经系统病史(脑炎、癫痫、脊髓灰质炎等)者禁用。
注意事项
婴幼儿注射本品后，易感染流行性乙型脑炎和小儿麻痹症，故在两种病流行期间，不应接种本品。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
