适应症
6个月～15周岁少年儿童。接种本疫苗后，可使机体产生体液免疫应答。用于预防A群脑膜炎球菌引起的流行性脑脊髓膜炎。
用法用量
【免疫程序和剂量】(1)按标示量(2.5ml)加入稀释剂（注射用磷酸盐缓冲盐水）复溶，摇匀立即使用。(2)于上臂外侧三角肌附着处皮下注射0.5ml（含多糖不低于30μg）。(3)基础免疫注射2针，从6月龄开始，每针间隔3个月；3岁以上儿童只需注射1次。接种应于流行性脑脊髓膜炎流行季节前完成。根据需要每3年复种1次。在遇有流行情况下，可扩大年龄组做应急接种。
不良反应
本疫苗反应轻微，偶有短暂低热，局部稍有压痛感，可自行缓解。
禁忌
(1)有癫痫、惊厥及过敏史者。 (2)患脑部疾患、肾脏病、心脏病及活动性结核者。 (3)患急性传染病及发热者。
注意事项
(l)疫苗瓶塞松动者，复溶后有异物或疫苗瓶有裂纹，均不得使用。 (2)疫苗复溶后，应按规定人份（剂量）一次用完，不得分多次使用，剩余的疫苗应废弃。
贮藏
于2-8℃避光保存和运输。
