适应症
1.本品主要用于敏感菌所致的细菌性痢疾，肠炎、霍乱。|2.也可以用于伤寒、副伤寒、贾第鞭毛虫病、滴虫病等。|3.与制酸剂等药物合用可治疗幽门螺杆菌所致的胃窦炎。
用法用量
1.口服。成人常用剂量为一次0.1g，一日3-4次。|2.儿童按体重一日5-10mg/kg，分4次服用。|3.肠道感染疗程为5-7日，贾第鞭毛虫病疗程为7-10日。
不良反应
1.主要有恶心，呕吐、腹泻、头痛、头晕、药物热、皮疹、肛门瘙痒、哮喘、直立性低血压、低血糖、肺浸润等。|2.偶可出现溶血性贫血、黄疸及多发性神经炎。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.一般不宜用于溃疡病或支气管哮喘患者。|2.口服本品期间饮酒，则可引起双硫仑样反应，表现为皮肤潮红、瘙痒、发热、头痛、恶心、腹痛、心动过速、血压升高、胸闷、烦躁等，故服药期间和停药后5天内，禁止饮酒。|3.葡葡糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶（G-6PD）缺乏者可致溶血性贫血。

遮光，密封保存。
