适应症
治疗钙缺乏，急性血钙过低、碱中毒及甲状旁腺功能低下所致的手足搐搦症，维生素D缺乏症等、过敏性疾患、 镁中毒时的解救、氟中毒的解救、心脏复苏时应用，如高血钾、低血钙，或钙通道阻滞引起的心功能异常的解救。
用法用量
1.用于低钙或电解质补充，一次0.5－1g（136mg-273mg元素钙）稀释后缓慢静脉注射（每分钟不超过0.5ml，即13.6mg钙），根据病人情况、血钙浓度，1－3天重复给药。 2.甲状旁腺机能亢进术后的“骨饥饿综合征”病人的低钙，可用本品稀释于生理盐水或右旋糖酐内，每分钟滴注0.5-1mg（最高每分钟滴2mg）。 3.用作强心剂时，用量0.5-1g，稀释后静脉滴注，每分钟不超过1ml；心室内注射，0.2-0.8g（54.4-217.6mg钙），单剂使用。 4.治疗高血钾时，根据心电图决定剂量。 5.抗高血镁治疗，首次0.5g（含钙量为136mg），缓慢静脉注射（每分钟不超过5ml）。根据患者反应决定是否重复使用。 6.小儿用量：低钙时治疗量为25mg/?(6.8mg钙)，静脉缓慢滴注。
不良反应
1.静脉注射可有全身发热，静注过快可产生恶心、呕吐、心律失常甚至心跳停止。
2.高钙血症早期可表现为便秘，倦睡、持续头痛、食欲不振、口中有金属味、异常口干等，晚期征象表现为精神错乱、高血压、眼和皮肤对光敏感，恶心、呕吐，心律失常等。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1.氯化钙有强烈的刺激性，不宜皮下或肌肉注射，静脉注射时如漏出血管外，可引起组织坏死。
2.对诊断的干扰；可使血清淀粉酶增高，血清羟基皮质甾醇浓度短暂升高。长期或大量应用本品，血清磷酸盐浓度降低。
3.应用强心苷期间禁止静注本品。
4.不宜用于肾功能不全低钙患者及呼吸性酸中毒患者。
5.一般情况下，本品不用于小儿。
