适应症
1.用于高热时的解热，也可用于头痛、偏头痛、肌肉痛、关节痛、痛经等。 2.本品亦有较强的抗风湿作用，可用于急性风湿性关节炎，但因本品有可能引起严重的不良反应，很少在风湿性疾病中应用。
用法用量
1.深部肌肉注射一次0.25～0.5g。
2.小儿一次5～10mg/kg。
不良反应
本品对胃肠道的刺激虽较小，但可引起以下各种不良反应：
1.血液方面：可引起粒细胞缺乏症，发生率约1.1%，急性起病，重者有致命危险，亦可引起自身免疫性溶血性贫血，血小板减少性紫癜，再生障碍性贫血等。
2.皮肤方面：可引起荨麻疹，渗出性红斑等过敏性表现，严重者可发生剥脱性皮炎，表皮松解症等。
3.局部反应：注射部位可有红肿，疼痛，数天后才消退;有的患者呈毒血症症状，皮下出血点，或有紫黑色脓液，常需数月后痊愈。
4.过敏性皮疹或药热，荨麻疹，严重者可有剥脱性皮炎，大疱性表皮松解症导致死亡。个别病例可发生过敏性休克，甚至导致死亡。
5.注射给药时偶致大汗淋漓，发生虚脱症状。
禁忌
对本品或氨基比林有过敏史者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品较易引起不良反应，尤不宜用穴位注射，特别禁用于关节部位穴位。
2.对药物过敏者(如对吡唑酮类药物)不宜用，不得与任何其他药物混合注射。
3.本品不应长期使用，较长时间使用可引起粒细胞减少，血小板减少性紫癜，严重者可有再生障碍性贫血甚至导致死亡。
4.应严格控制剂量，成人一次不得超过0.5g，小儿一次以8～10mg/kg为宜。
5.体弱者慎用。
