适应症
本品用于病毒性肺炎，病毒性上呼吸道感染等。
用法用量
1.肌肉注射。成人：一次40～80mg。一日1～2次。 2.静脉滴注。成人：一日400～800mg，用适量氯化钠注射液分二次稀释后滴注，每次不得超过400mg。
不良反应
静脉滴注后可发生过敏性休克，血小板减少，也可发生皮肤过敏(如药疹等)，小儿腹泻，肝功能损害，血管刺激疼痛，胃肠不适，呼吸困难，寒战，发热等。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.本品忌与酸、碱性药物或含有亚硫酸氢钠，焦亚硫酸钠为抗氧剂的药物配伍。
2.在使用过程中偶有发热、气紧现象，停止用药即恢复正常。
3.药物性状改变时禁用。
4.用药过程应定期检查血象，发现血小板减少应及时停药，并给予相应处理。
