适应症
1.治疗急性低钙血症：常用于治疗钙过低所致的手足搐搦症、碱中毒、原发性或继发性甲状旁腺功能低下症。|2.防止慢性低钙血症：常用于维生素D缺乏性佝偻病、软骨病、孕妇及哺乳期妇女钙盐的补充。|3.治疗过敏性疾病：常用于荨麻疹、血清病、血管神经性水肿等。|4.解救镁盐中毒，青光眼及眼高压。
用法用量
每次0.5～1g，一般用5%氯化钙注射液10～20ml，以等量10%～25%葡萄糖注射液稀释后缓慢静脉推入，切忌过快。
不良反应
1.口服钙剂几无不良反应。|2.静注时可有全身发热感。若静注时漏至血管外，钙盐对组织的强烈刺激作用，可引起局部剧烈疼痛或组织坏死，此时可用0．5%普鲁卡因局部封闭。3.浓度过高或静注过快可产生心律失常，甚至室颤或心跳骤停于收缩期。
禁忌
1.高血压患者禁用。 |2.浮肿少尿及忌盐患者禁用。
注意事项
1.钙剂对心脏的作用与洋地黄有协同作用，一般认为服用洋地黄期间或停药后1周以内禁止静注钙剂。|2.与枸橼酸盐或草酸盐同时口服能影响吸收。

遮光，密封保存。
