适应症
用于氰化物中毒。
用法用量
本品为3%水溶液，仅供静脉使用，每次10～20ml（即6～12mg/kg），每分钟注射2～3ml；需要时在1小时后可重复半量或全量；出现严重不良反应应立即停止注射本品。成人常用量静脉注射0.3～0.6g。小儿常用量按体重6～12mg/kg。
不良反应
有恶心、呕吐、头昏、头痛、出冷汗、紫绀、气急、昏厥、低血压、休克、抽搐。不良反应的程度除剂量过大外，还与注射本品速度有关。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
1.对有心血管和动脉硬化的患者需要应用时，要适当减少剂量和减慢注射速度。
2.使用本品合成的亚硝基胺在动物有致癌作用，但在人类尚未报道。
3.注射较大剂量本品引起、铁血红蛋白的紫绀，可用亚甲蓝使、铁血红蛋白还原。
4.本品对氰化物中毒仅起暂时性的延迟其毒性。因此要在应用本品后，立即通过原静脉注射针头注射硫代硫酸钠，使其与CN-结合变成毒性较小的硫氰酸盐由尿排出。
5.必须在中毒早期应用，中毒时间稍长即无解毒作用。

密封，置阴凉处。
