适应症
主要用于根治间日疟和控制疟疾传播。
用法用量
1、成人常用量口服，按伯氨喹计。根治间日疟每日3片，连服7日。用于杀灭恶性疟配子体时，每日2片，连服3日。
2、小儿常用量口服，按氨喹计，根治间日疟每日按体重0.39mg/kg，连服14日。用于杀灭恶性疟配子体时，剂量相同，连服3日。
不良反应
1、本品毒性反应较其他抗疟药为高。当每日用量超过30mg（基质）时，易发生疲倦、头晕、恶心、呕吐、腹痛等不良反应；少数人可出现药物热，粒细胞缺乏等，停药后即可恢复。
2、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏者服用本品可发生急性溶血型贫血，这种溶血反映仅限于衰老的红细胞，并能自行停止发展，一般不严重。一旦发生应停药，作适当的对症治疗。当葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏时，会引起高铁血红蛋白过多症，出现紫绀、胸闷等症状，应用亚甲蓝1~2mg/kg作静脉注射，能迅速改善症状。
禁忌
葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏，系统性红斑狼疮及类风湿性关节患者禁用。孕妇禁用。
注意事项
1、仔细询问有无蚕豆病及其他溶血性贫血的病史及家族史、有无葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏及烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸还原酶（NADH）缺乏等病史。
2、肝、肾、血液系统疾患、急性细菌和病毒感染及糖尿病患者慎用。
3、应定期检查红细胞计数及血红蛋白量。
4、哺乳期妇女慎用。
贮藏
密封，在凉暗干燥处保存。
