适应症
本品用于心绞痛的预防和治疗，也可作为扩张血管药用于治疗充血性心力衰竭，特别适合于心绞痛发作时的急救。
用法用量
1.心绞痛发作或有心绞痛发作预兆时，向口腔舌下粘膜喷射1~2揿，相当于硝酸甘油0.5~1mg。|2.使用时取下罩帽，摇匀，喷嘴对准口腔舌下粘膜，揿压阀门，药液即呈雾状喷入口腔内。|3.用前摇匀，喷嘴朝上，喷于舌下粘膜。
不良反应
1.用药初期可能会出现硝酸酯引起的血管扩张性头痛，还可能出现面部潮红、口干、眩晕、直立性低血压和反射性心动过速。|2.偶见血压明显降低、心动过缓、心绞痛加重和晕厥。有的患者可有口腔粘膜发麻感。
禁忌
1.禁用于心肌梗死早期（有严重低血压及心动过速时）、严重贫血、青光眼、颅内压增高和乙知对硝酸甘油过敏的患者。|2.禁用于使用枸橼酸西地那非（万艾可）的患者，后者增强硝酸甘油的降压作用。
注意事项
1.低充盈压的急性心肌梗死患者，应避免收缩压低于90 mmHg。主动脉和/或二尖瓣狭窄、体位性低血压、颅内压增高及肾功能不全者慎用。老年患者对本类药物的敏感性可能更高，更易发生头晕等反应;|2.本品是通过舌下粘膜吸收而发挥作用，使用时要将药液直接喷至舌下粘膜，切勿随唾液咽下;|3.用药期间从卧位或坐位突然站起时须谨慎，以免突发体位性降压;|4.长期使用可引起耐药性而用量加大，停药一周后即可消失;|5.首次使用或用后放置一周以上再使用时，应先向空气中试喷，如遇喷不出情况，请确认使用是否正确或检查喷孔是否堵塞;|6.本品系受压容器，严禁受热、撞击或在瓶上戳刺，即使将药用完也应避免;|7.请将此药品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
