适应症
1. 对幻觉妄想、思维障碍、淡漠木僵及焦虑激动等症状有较好的疗效。用于精神分裂症或其他精神病性障碍，绝经与阿尔茨海默病综合征。因镇静作用较弱，对血压的影响较小。适用于器质性精神病、老年性精神障碍及儿童攻击性行为障碍。2. 止呕，各种原因所致的呕吐或顽固性呃逆。
用法用量
口服。 |1.治疗精神分裂症:从小剂量开始，一次2～4mg（1～2片），一日2～3次。以后每隔1～2日增加6mg，逐渐增至常用治疗剂量一日20～60mg（10～30片）。维持剂量一日10～20mg（5～10片）。|2.用于止呕:一次2～4mg（1～2片），一日2～3次。
不良反应
1. 主要有锥体外系反应，如:震颤、僵直、流涎、运动迟缓、静坐不能、急性肌张力障碍等。长期大量服药可引起迟发性运动障碍。 2. 可引起血浆中泌乳素浓度增加，可能有关的症状为:溢乳、男子女性化乳房、月经失调、闭经。可出现口干、视物模糊、乏力、头晕、心动过速、便秘、出汗等。 3. 少见的不良反应有体位性低血压，粒细胞减少症与中毒性肝损害。偶见过敏性皮疹及恶性综合征。
禁忌
基底神经节病变、帕金森病、帕金森综合征、骨髓抑制、青光眼、昏迷、对吩噻嗪类药过敏者。
注意事项
1. 患有心血管疾病(如心衰，心肌梗死，传导异常)应慎用。 2. 出现迟发性运动障碍，应停用所有的抗精神病药。 3. 出现过敏性皮疹及恶性综合征应立即停药并进行相应的处理。 4. 肝，肾功能不全者应减量。 5. 癫痫患者应慎用。 6. 应定期检查肝功能与白细胞计数。 7. 用药期间不宜驾驶车辆，操作机械或高空作业。

遮光，密封保存。
