适应症

1.补充体内雌激素不足如萎缩性阴道炎女性性腺发育不良绝经期综合征老年性外阴干枯症及阴道炎卵巢切除后原发性卵巢缺如；|2.乳腺癌绝经后及男性晚期乳腺癌不能进行手术治疗者；|3.前列腺癌不能手术治疗的晚期患者；|4.预防产后泌乳退（或回）乳。

用法用量

1.口服用于补充体内不足一日0.25~0.5mg21天后停药一周周期性服用一般可用3个周期（自月经第5天开始服药）；|2.用于乳腺癌一日15mg6周内无改善则停药；|3.用于前列腺癌开始时一日1~3mg依据病情递增而后递减；维持量一日1mg连用2-3个月；|4.预防产后泌乳退乳一次5mg一日3次连服3天。

不良反应

1.可有不规则的阴道流血子宫肥大尿频或小便疼痛；|2.有时可引发血栓症以及心功能不正常；|3.有时引起肝功能异常高脂血症钠潴留；|4.引起消化道恶心呕吐厌食症状和头痛头晕等精神症状。

禁忌

1.孕妇禁用（可能引起第二代女性阴道腺病及腺癌发生率升高男性生殖道异常及精子异常发生率增加）；|2.有血栓性静脉炎和肺栓塞性病史患者禁用；|3.与雌激素有关的肿瘤患者及未确证的阴道不规则流血患者高血压患者禁用。

注意事项

1.下列患者慎用：心功能不全、癫痫、糖尿病、肝肾功能障碍、精神抑郁等。|2.长期使用应定期检查血压、肝功能、阴道脱落细胞，每年一次宫颈防癌刮片。|3.诊断干扰：|(1)减低美替拉酮试验。|(2)增加去甲肾上腺素导致的血小板凝集试验。③BSP试验滞留增加。|4.易引起钠潴留和高血钾症，应慎用。|5.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
