适应症
本品适用于预防及治疗血纤维蛋白溶解亢进引起的各种出血。1. 前列腺、尿道、肺、肝、胰、脑、子宫、肾上腺、甲状腺等富有纤溶酶原激活物脏器的外伤或手术出血、组织纤溶酶原激活物（t-PA）、链激酶或尿激酶过量引起的出血。2. 可作为血友病患者拔牙或口腔手术后出血或月经过多的辅助治疗。3. 可用于上消化道出血、咯血、原发性血小板减少性紫癜和白血病等各种出血的对症治疗、对一般慢性渗血效果显著;对凝血功能异常引起的出血疗效差;对严重出血、伤口大量出血及癌肿出血等无止血作用。
用法用量
1.口服，每次2g，每日3～4次，依病情用7～10日或更久。小儿口服剂量为0.1g/(kg・次)，每日3～4次。 2.本品吸收迅速完全，服后1～2小时可达血中有效浓度。
不良反应
1. 本药有一定的副作用，剂量增大，不良反应增多，症状加重。而且药效维持时间较短，现已逐渐少用。 2. 常见的不良反应为恶心、呕吐和腹泻，其次为眩晕、瘙痒、头晕、耳鸣、全身不适、鼻塞、皮疹、红斑、不泄精等。当每日剂量超过16g时，尤易发生。 3. 可因血管扩张而发生体位性低血压、结膜和鼻粘膜充血等。 4. 本品从尿排泄快，尿浓度高，能抑制尿激酶的纤溶作用，可形成血凝块，阻塞尿路。因此，泌尿科术后有血尿的患者应慎用。 5. 易发生血栓和心、肝、肾功能损害，有血栓形成倾向或有栓塞性血管病史者禁用或慎用。
禁忌
1. 尿道手术后出血的病人慎用；2. 有血栓形成倾向或过去有血管栓塞者忌用；3. 肾功能不全者慎用。
注意事项
1. 本品排泄快,需持续给药,否则难以维持稳定的有效血浓度。 2. 链激酶或尿激酶的作用可被氨基已酸对抗,故前者过量时亦可使用氨基已酸对抗。 3. 本品不能阻止小动脉出血,术中有活动性动脉出血,仍需结扎止血。 4. 使用避孕药或雌激素的妇女,服用氨基已酸时可增加血栓形成的倾向。
贮藏
遮光，密封，在阴凉干燥处保存。
