适应症

本品用于类风湿性关节炎，手术后疼痛及各种原因所致的发热。

用法用量

用时将栓剂取出，以少量温水湿润后，轻轻塞入肛门2cm处，成人一次50mg，一日50mg～100mg，或遵医嘱。

不良反应

1. 胃肠反应:主要为肛门刺激症状、胃不适、烧灼感、反酸、纳差、恶心等，停药或对症处理即可消失。其中少数可出现溃疡、出血、穿孔。2. 神经系统表现有头痛、眩晕、嗜睡、兴奋等。3. 肾脏引起浮肿、少尿、电解质紊乱等严重肾不良反应。4. 其他少见的有肝酶一过性升高，极个别出现黄疸、皮疹、心律失常、粒细胞减少、血小板减少等均呈可逆性。

禁忌

对患者有严重肝、肾功能不全及高过敏体质者禁用，儿童慎用。对阿司匹林或其他非甾体消炎药过敏者对本品可有交叉过敏反应。对阿司匹林过敏的哮喘患者，本品也可引起支气管痉挛，对这类患者禁用。有肛门炎症者禁用。

注意事项

1. 有肝、肾功能损害或溃疡病史者慎用，尤其是老年人。用药期间应常规随访检查肝肾功能。 2. 本品因含钠，对限制钠摄入量的病人应慎用。3. 对诊断的干扰：本品可致血清肝酶一过性升高，血清尿酸含量下降，尿尿酸含量升高(因肾清除功能增高)。

贮藏

遮光，密闭，在30℃以下保存。
