适应症
本品主要用于治疗原发性或继发性肾上腺皮质功能减退症，以及合成糖皮质激素所需酶系缺陷所致的各型先天性肾上腺增生症，必要时也可利用其药理作用治疗多种疾病。包括:|1.自身免疫性疾病:如系统性红斑狼疮、血管炎、多肌炎、皮肌炎?Still病、自身免疫性溶血、血小板减少性紫癜、重症肌无力。|2.过敏性疾病，如严重支气管哮喘、过敏性休克、血清病、特异反应性皮炎。|3.器官移植排异反应，如肾、肝、心、等组织移植。|4.炎症性疾患，如节段性回肠炎、溃疡性结肠炎、炎性眼病。|5.血液病，如急性白血病、淋巴瘤。|6.其他:结节病、甲状腺危象、亚急性非化脓性甲状腺炎、败血性休克、脑水肿、肾病综合征、高钙血症。
用法用量
口服。|1.治疗肾上腺皮质功能减退，成人一般每日剂量25～37.5mg，清晨服2/3，下午服1/2。|2.当患者有应激状况时(如发热、感染)，应适当加量。有严重应激时，应改为氢化可的松静脉注射。
不良反应
1.长期使用可引起库欣综合征.|2.兴奋、不安、定向力障碍、抑郁等精神症状.|3.并发感染:以真菌、结核菌、葡萄球菌、变形杆菌、绿脓杆菌和各种疱疹病毒为主.|4.停药后综合征:下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺功能减退引起的乏力、软弱、恶心、呕吐、血压偏低等.
禁忌
对本品及其他甾体激素过敏患者禁用。|下列患者一般避免使用、特殊情况应权衡利弊使用，应注意病情恶化的可能:消化道溃疡、青光眼、电解质紊乱、血栓症、心肌梗死、内脏手术患者。
注意事项
1.对某些感染性疾病慎用，必要时应同时用抗感染药，如感染不易控制应停药.|2.甲状腺功能低下、肝硬化、脂肪肝、糖尿病、重症肌无力患者慎用.|3.停药时应逐渐减量或同时使用促腺皮质激素类药物.
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
