适应症
1.适用于急、慢性脑血管病、脑外伤、各种中毒性脑病等多种原因所致的记忆减退及轻、中度脑功能障碍。 2.也可用于儿童智能发育迟缓。
用法用量
口服1-2.0克（2-5片），每日三次，但国人由于消化道 反应明显，常常应用0.8-1.2克（2-3片），每日三次，4-8周为一个疗程。
不良反应
1.中枢神经系统的不良反应包括神经质、易兴奋、头 晕、头痛和睡眠障碍。这些症状均不很重，且与服用剂 量大小无关。Huntington舞蹈病者，服用吡拉西坦可以 加重症状。
2.消化道症状有恶心、腹部不适、纳差、腹 胀、腹痛为常见的不良反应。症状的轻重与服药剂量直 接相关。
3.轻度肝功能损害偶可见到，表现为轻度氨基 转移酶升高，但与药物剂量无关。
禁忌
1.锥体外系疾病、Huntington舞蹈症者禁用。
2.孕妇禁用。
3.新生儿禁用。
注意事项
肝肾功能障碍者慎用并应适当减少剂量。

遮光，密闭保存。
