适应症
本品维生素类药。主要适用于维生素K缺乏所致的凝血障碍性疾病。如肠道吸收不良所致维生素K缺乏。各种原因所致的阻塞性黄疸、慢性溃疡性结肠炎、慢性胰腺炎和广泛小肠切除后肠道吸收功能减低。长期应用抗生素可导致体内维生素K缺乏,广谱抗生素或肠道灭菌药可杀灭或抑制正常肠道内的细菌群落,致使肠道内细菌合成的维生素减少。双香豆素等抗凝剂的分子结构与维生素K相似,在体内干扰其代谢,使环氧叶绿醌不能被还原成维生素K,使体内的维生素K不能发挥其作用,造成与维生素K缺乏相类似的后果。
用法用量
口服,一次2～4mg(1～2片),一日3次。
不良反应
口服后可引起恶心，呕吐等胃肠道反应。严重肝病患者慎用。
禁忌
严重肝脏疾患或肝功不全者禁用。
注意事项
1、下列情况应用时应注意：|①葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺陷者，补给维生素K时应特别谨慎；|②肝功能损害时，维生素K的疗效不明显，凝血酶原时间极少恢复正常，如盲目使用大量维生素K治疗，反而加重肝脏损害。|③肝素引起的出血倾向及凝血酶原时间延长，用维生素K治疗无效。|2、用药期间应定期测定凝血酶原时间以调整维生素K的用量及给药次数。|3、当患者因维生素K依赖因子缺乏而发生严重出血时，维生素K往往来不及在短时间即生效，可先静脉输注凝血酶原复合物、血浆或新鲜血。|4、肠道吸收不良患者，以采用注射途径给药为宜。
