适应症
本品主要适用于金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、白喉杆菌、支原体等敏感菌所致的呼吸道、皮肤、软组织、胆道感染和支原体性肺炎等。
用法用量
口服，成人一日0.8～1.2g ，小儿按体重一日30mg/kg，分3～4次服用。
不良反应
1.肝毒性:在正常剂量下本品的肝毒性较小，主要表现为胆汁淤积和暂时性氨基转移酶升高等，一般停药后可恢复。
2.过敏反应:主要表现为药物热、药疹和荨麻疹等。
3.偶见恶心、呕吐、上腹不适、食欲不振等胃肠道反应。
禁忌
对本品及大环内酯类药物过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.肝、肾功能不全者慎用。
2.本品与其他大环内酯类药物之间有交叉耐药性。
3.患者对本品过敏或不能耐受时，对其他大环内酯类药物也可过敏或不能耐受;如发生过敏反应，应立即停药，并对症处理。
4.对诊断的干扰：本品可干扰Higerty法的荧光测定，使尿儿茶酚胺的测定值出现假性增高。血清碱性磷酸酶、胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶和门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的测定值均 可能增高。
5.因不同细菌对本品的敏感性存在一定差异，故宜作药敏测定。
6.本品在pH≥6.5时吸收差

密封，在干燥处保存。
