适应症
用于各种组织缺氧急救的辅助治疗，如一氧化碳中毒、催眠药中毒、氰化物中毒、新生儿窒息、严重休克期缺氧、脑血管意外、脑震荡后遗症、麻醉及肺部疾病引起的呼吸困难和各种心脏疾患引起的心肌缺氧的治疗。
用法用量
成人：静脉注射或滴注，一次15―30mg，每日30～60mg。静脉注射时，加25%葡萄糖注射液20ml混匀后缓慢注射。也可用5―10%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液稀释后静脉滴注。|儿童：肌注：＜1岁，每次1.5―7.5mg；1―8岁，每次15mg；9岁，每次15～30mg，每日1次。|静注：＜11岁，每次7.5mg；1―8岁，每次7.5～15mg；＞9岁，每次15～30mg，每日1次；|静滴：＜l8岁，每次15mg；＞9岁，每次15～30mg，每日1次。
不良反应
本品可引起过敏反应，也可因制剂不纯，混有热原而引起热原反应。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1、用药前需做过敏试验，皮试划痕法系用0.03%溶液1滴，滴于前臂屈面皮肤上，用针在其上刺扎一下（单刺）或多下（多刺），至少量出血程度。皮内注射法系用0.03mg/ml溶液0.03～0.05ml皮内注射。均观察20分钟，单刺者局部红晕直径10mm以上或丘疹直径＞7mm以上，多刺和皮内注射者红晕直径15mm以上或丘疹直径10mm以上为阳性。皮试阳性者禁用。|2.中止用药后再继续用药时，过敏反应尤易发生，须再做皮试，且应用用药量较小的皮内注射法。
贮藏
密闭，在凉暗处（避光并不超过20℃）保存。
