适应症
1.本品用于妇科疾病:阴道滴虫病；加德细菌阴道炎；厌氧菌引起的妇科感染； 厌氧菌感染:牙周炎；脂溢性皮炎和皮肤软组织感染；脑膜炎、脑脓肿；骨和关节感染；心内膜炎、脓胸、肺脓肿；艰难梭菌引起的抗生素相关肠炎、竽门螺旋杆菌相关胃炎、消化性溃疡；腹腔感染；败血病；|2.寄生虫感染:肠道及肠外阿米巴病，小袋虫病、麦地线龙线虫病、贾第虫等； |3.其它感染:面部毛囊炎、各型酒糟鼻、痤疮。
用法用量
本品口服，每次1-2片，每日3次，疗程7天或更长。口服每日最大剂量不可超过20片。
不良反应
本品最严重的不良反应为高剂量时可引起癫痫发作金额周围神经病变，后者主要表现为肢体木盒感觉异常。某些病例长程用药时可产生持续周围神经病变，其他常见的不良反应有:|1.胃肠道反应，如恶心、食欲减退、呕吐、腹泻、腹部不适、味觉改变，口干、口腔金属味等。|2.可逆性粒细胞减少。|3.过敏反应、皮疹、荨麻疹等。|4.中枢神经系统症状，如头痛、眩晕、晕厥、共济失调和精神错乱等。|5.局部反应如血栓性静脉炎等。|6.其他有发热、阴道念珠菌感染、尿色发黑，可能为本品代谢物所致，似无临床意义。
禁忌
1.对本品或吡咯类药物有过敏者禁用。|2.有活动性中枢神经疾病患者禁用。|3.孕妇及哺乳期妇女禁用。
注意事项
1.本品可干扰丙氨酸氨基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、甘油三酯、己糖激酶等的检验结果，使其测定值降至零。 |2.用药期间不应饮含酒精的饮料，因可引起体内乙醛蓄积，干扰酒精的氧化过程，导致双硫仑样反应，患者出现腹部痉挛、恶心、呕吐、头痛、面部潮红等。 |3.肝功能减退者本品代谢减慢，药物及其代谢物易在体内蓄积，应予减量，并作血药浓度监测。 |4.需氧菌和厌氧菌混合感染必须与其他抗菌素联用。 |5.本品不宜治疗全身性重症感染尤其在急性期不能达有效治疗浓度。 |6.如疗程中发生中枢神经系统不良反应，应及时停药。
