适应症
抗M胆碱药，主要用于解除平滑肌痉挛，胃肠绞痛、胆道痉挛以及急性微循环障碍及有机磷中毒等。
用法用量
1? 常用量：成人每次肌注5―10mg，小儿0.1―0.2mg/kg，每日1一2次。2? 抗休克及有机磷中毒：静注，成人每次10―40mg，小儿每次0.3―2mg/kg,必要时每隔10-30分钟重复给药,也可增加剂量。病情好转后应逐渐延长给药间隔，至停药。
不良反应
常见的有：口干、面红、视物模糊等；少见的有：心跳加快、排尿困难等；上述症状多在1―3h内消失。用量过大时可出现阿托品样中毒症状。
禁忌
颅内压增高、脑出血急性期、青光眼、幽门梗阻、肠梗阻及前列腺肥大者禁用；反流性食管炎、重症溃疡性结肠炎慎用。
注意事项
1．急腹症诊断未明确时，不宜轻易使用。
2．夏季用药时，因其闭汗作用，可使体温升高。
3．静滴过程中若出现排尿困难，对于成人可肌注新斯的明0.5-1.0mg或氢溴酸加兰他敏2.5-5mg,对于小儿可肌注新斯的明0.01一0.02mg/kg，以解除症状。
