适应症
静脉全麻诱导药或麻醉辅助药。
用法用量
本品仅供静脉注射，剂量必须个体化。用作静脉全麻诱导，成人按体重静脉注射0.3mg/kg(范围0.2～0.6mg／kg)，于30～60秒内注完。合用琥珀酰胆碱或非去极化肌松药，便于气管内插管。术前给以镇静药，或在全麻诱导1～2分钟注射芬太尼0.1mg，应酌减本品用量。10岁以上儿童用量可参照成人。
不良反应
1．本品可阻碍肾上腺皮质产生可的松和其他皮质激素，引起暂时的肾上腺功能不全而呈现水盐失衡、低血压甚至休克。术后或危重病人由于应用此药已有需要补充肾皮质激素的报道。
禁忌
1．癫痫病人及肝肾功能严重不全者禁用。
2．有免疫抑制、脓毒血症及进行器官移植的病人禁用或慎用。
注意事项
1．使用本品须备有复苏设备，并供氧。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在阴凉处（不超过20℃）保存。
