适应症
本品用于治疗脑、心及外周血管痉挛所致的缺血，肾、胆或胃肠道等内脏痉挛。
用法用量
成人常用量。 1.肌内注射，一次30mg(1支)，一日90～120mg(3-4支)。 2.静脉注射，一次30～120mg(1-4支)，每。小时1次，应缓慢注射，不少于1～2分钟，以免发生心律失常以及足以致命的窒息等。用于心搏停止时，两次给药要相隔10分钟。
不良反应
1.用药后出现黄疸，眼及皮肤明显黄染，提示肝功能受损。
2.胃肠道外给药可引起注射部位发红、肿胀或疼痛。快速胃肠道外给药可使呼吸加深、面色潮红、心跳加速、低血压伴眩晕。
3.过量时可有视力模糊、复视、嗜睡或(和)软弱。
禁忌
完全性房室传导阻滞时禁用。震颤麻痹(帕金森氏病)时一般禁用。出现肝功能不全时应即行停药。
注意事项
1.对诊断的干扰:服药时血嗜酸性细胞、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、门冬氨酸氨基转移酶及胆红素可增高，提示肝功能受损.
2.由于对脑及冠状血管的作用不及对周围血管，可使中枢神经缺血区的血流进一步减少，出现"窃流现象"，用于心绞痛、新近心肌梗死或卒中时须谨慎.
3.心肌抑制时忌大量，以免引起进一步抑制.
4.青光眼患者要定期检查眼压.
5.静脉注射大量能抑制房室和室内传导，并产生严重心律失常.
6.需注意定期检查肝功能，尤其是患者有胃肠道症状或黄疸时.出现肝功能不全时应停药.

遮光，密封保存。
