适应症
适用于要求避孕的健康育龄妇女，无使用甾体避孕药的禁忌症者。
用法用量
1.口服，于每次月经第5日开始，一日1片，连服22日。 2.停药后3-7天内行经，于行经的第5天再服下一周期的药。 3.如漏服，次日晨必须补服1片，以免突破出血或避孕失败。 4.产后或流产后在月经来潮再服。服药一个月可以避孕1个月，因此需要每个月服药。 5.一般在睡前服，可减少不良反应。
不良反应
1.类早孕反应:表现为恶心、呕吐、困倦、头晕、食欲减退等。
2.突破性出血(多发生在漏服药时，必要时可每晚加服炔雌醇0.005～0.01毫克)，闭经。
3.精神压抑、头痛、疲乏、体重增加、面部色素沉着。
4.肝功能损害，或使肝良性腺瘤相对危险性增高。
5.35岁以上的吸烟妇女，服用本品患缺血性心脏病危险性增加。
6.可能引起高血压。
禁忌
禁用：
1.心血管疾病和高血压；
2.糖尿病；
3.哮喘病；
4.癫痫；
5.偏头痛；
6.未明确诊断的阴道出血；
7.有血栓病史(晚期癌瘤治疗外)；
8.胆囊疾病；
9.严重肝、肾功能不全者、乳房肿块者禁用；
10.与雌激素有关的肿痛，如乳腺癌、子宫颈癌禁用(前列腺癌、绝经期后乳腺癌除外)，血栓性静脉炎，肺栓塞患者禁用。
注意事项
1.下列情况应禁用:乳腺癌、生殖器官异常出血或恶性肿瘤、肝功能异常或近期有肝病或黄疸史、深部静脉血栓病、脑血管意外、高血压、心血管病、糖尿病、高脂血症、精神抑郁症及40岁以上妇女。
2.出现下列症状时应停药:怀疑妊娠、血栓栓塞病、视觉障碍、原因不明剧烈性头痛或偏头疼、出现高血压、肝功能异常、精神抑郁、缺血性心脏病等。
3.严格按规定方法服药，漏服药不仅可发生突破性出血，还可导致避孕失败。
4.要在医务人员指导下服用，服药期间，每年定期体检，发现异常反应则及时停药。服药期限，以连续3～5年为宜，停药观察数月，体检正常者，可再服用。

密封，置阴凉处。
