适应症
本品主要应用于绿脓杆菌及其他假单胞菌引起的创面、尿路以及眼、耳、气管等部位感染，也可用于败血症、腹膜炎。
用法用量
1.静滴：
(1)成人及儿童肾功能正常者1日1.5～2.5mg/kg(一般不超过2.5mg/kg)，分成两次，每12小时滴注1次。每50mg本品，以5%葡萄糖液500ml稀释后滴入。
(2)婴儿肾功能正常者可耐受1日4mg/kg的用量。
2.肌注：
(1)成人及儿童：1日2.5～3mg/kg，分次给予，每4～6小时用药1次。
(2)婴儿1日量可用到4mg/kg，新生儿可用到4.5mg/kg。
3.鞘内注射(用于绿脓杆菌性脑膜炎)：以氯化钠注射液制备5mg/ml药液。
(1)成人与2岁以上儿童，每日5mg，应用3～4日后，改为隔日1次，至少2周，直至脑脊液培养阴性，检验糖量正常。
(2)2岁以下儿童，用2mg，每日1次，连续3～4天(或者2.5mg隔日1次)，以后用2.5mg，隔日1次，直到检验正常。
4.滴眼液浓度1～2.5mg/ml。
不良反应
1.对肾脏的损害较多见，肾功能不全者应减量。
2.静注可能招致呼吸抑制，一般不采用。
3.鞘内注射量1效不宜超过5mg，以防引起对脑膜或神经组织的刺激。
4.不应与其他有肾毒性或神经肌肉阻滞作用的药物联合应用，以免发生意外。
禁忌
尚不明确。
注意事项
