适应症
女用长效避孕药。
用法用量
肌内注射，每月一次。具体方法如下：|1.第一周期：注射二次，分别于月经来潮当天算起的第五天和第十二天各注射一支。|2.第二周期：按第二次注射日期计算，每隔30-31天注射一支，或于每月行经第10-12天注射一支。
不良反应
1.少数病人在用药后有恶心、呕吐、头昏、有乳房涨痛、乏力、疲乏等反应，一般反应较轻，不须处理。个别可发生高血压，停药后多可恢复正常。|2.使用过程中，如乳房有肿块出现，应即停止；个别可有过敏反应，不可再注射。
禁忌
肝肾病患者、心血管疾病和血栓史、高血压、糖尿病、甲状腺功能亢进、精神病或抑郁症、高血脂、子宫肌瘤、乳房肿块患者及孕妇禁用。
注意事项
1.需按时注射，以免影响避孕效果和引起月经的改变。|2.为防止过敏性休克，注射后应留看观察15-20分钟。|3.定期体检，包括乳腺、肝功能、血压和宫颈刮片的检查，发现异常者应即停药。|4.子宫肌瘤、高血压患者慎用。|5.注射后，一般维持14天左右月经来潮，如注射后闭经，可隔28天再注射一次。如闭经达2月，应停止注射，等待月经来潮，闭经期间要采用其他方法避孕，待月经来后再按第一次方法，重新开始注射。|6.注射后，有人可出现月经改变，如经期延长，周期缩短，经量增多及不规则出血等，其发生率在用药半年后明显下降。当发生此种副作用时，可及时按以下方法处理：|(1)经期延长：以出血较多日期时，可口服复方炔诺酮片或复方甲地孕酮片，每日1-2片，连服4日，即可止血，在下次经前7天依同法连服4天，可预防出血，如此应用3个月后即停用，如再出血，可依上法再用。|(2)月经后出血：每天服炔诺酮0.0125-0.025mg，直到下次注射日期为止。但若已接近下次注射日期者，可不必处理。|(3)月经周期缩短：注射后10天开始加服复方炔诺酮片或复方甲地孕酮片，每日1-2片，连服4-6天。|(4)注射后长期出血不止，可口服复方炔诺酮片或复方甲地孕酮片4天，出血停止后一周，注射本品一支，于注射第11天，口服复方炔诺酮片或复方甲地孕酮片，每日1-2片，连服4天，可预防出血。
