适应症
主要用于敏感的革兰阳性菌所致的皮肤、软组织感染、胆道感染、呼吸道感染、链球菌咽峡炎、猩红热、白喉、军团菌病、百日咳等，以及淋病、非淋病性尿道炎、痤疮等。
用法用量
静脉注射或静脉滴注。先用少量氯化钠注射液或葡萄糖注射液溶解，然后在稀释到需要浓度。成人，一次0.2~0.4g，一日2~3次。小儿，一日0.2g或酌减，分2~3次给药。静脉注射时，浓度不得大于2%即20万单位，将1次用量溶于10~20ml氯化钠注射液或葡萄糖注射液中；缓慢推注（急速静注，有时出现恶心、腹痛、血压下降、休克症状等），注射速度应不少于5分钟，以免产生静脉不适。
不良反应
本品的胃肠道反应发生率较红霉素低，偶见皮疹和瘙痒。
禁忌
对本品及大环内酯类抗生素过敏者禁用。
注意事项
使用本品前，应做药物过敏测定，阳性反应者禁用。?肝功能不全者及有荨麻疹病史或过敏反应体质者慎用。?遵守本品规定，不得随意加量。?本品仅供静脉注射或滴注；如发生过敏症状，应即停用，遵医嘱。?本品为抑菌性药物，要按一定时间间隔给药，以保持体内药物浓度，利于药效的发挥。?本品与红霉素有交叉耐药性。?用药期间定期监测肝功能。?本品偶可引起一过性血清氨基转移酶增高。?对诊断的干扰：本品可使尿儿茶酚胺、血清碱性磷酸酶、胆红素、血清氨基转移酶的测定值增高。
