适应症
用于类风湿性关节炎、风湿性关节炎、强直性脊椎炎、骨关节炎及急性痛风等。
用法用量
涂于洗返幕即、一日次 一次用量不得超过1g。
不良反应
1.胃肠道反应：表现为恶心、呕吐、消化不良、胃烧灼、胃炎及腹泻等。
2.中枢神经系统反应：表现为头痛、眩晕、困倦等。
3.造血系统反应：表现为粒细胞减少、溶血性或再生障碍性贫血、紫癜、骨髓抑制及血小板减少等；但少见。
4.皮肤及过敏反应：表现为瘙痒、麻疹、皮疹、结节性红斑等。
禁忌
1.肾功能不全者、孕妇、哺乳妇女和14岁以下小儿、有活动性胃肠道病灶或对非甾体抗炎药过敏者禁用。
2.老人、癫痫、帕金森氏病或情绪、精神障碍者慎用。
注意事项
1.本品与丙磺舒合用时可使吲哚美辛的血药浓度增高。两药合用时需减少吲哚美辛的用量。
2.本品不宜与阿司匹林合用，因合用的疗效不如单用吲哚美辛好。
3.本品对某些患者能减少速尿的促尿酸钠排出及抗血压的作用，若两药同时使用，应密切注意速尿疗效。
4.用抗凝药的患者在使用本品时，应观察患者凝血酶原时间的改变。

密闭，防潮。
