适应症
用于溶血性链球菌及葡萄球菌等的外伤感染。
用法用量
外用。撒布于患处。
不良反应
本品自创面吸收后，其不良反应与磺胺类药全身应用相同。当创面广泛，用药量大时，吸收量增加，也可产生较严重的不良反应，主要有：过敏反应、肾脏和肝脏损害、中性粒细胞减少或缺乏症、血小板减少症、再生障碍性贫血及高胆红素血症等血液系统疾病，恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应。
禁忌
对磺胺类药物过敏、孕妇、哺乳期妇女、2个月以下婴儿及肝、肾功能减退患者禁用。
注意事项
本品可自局部部分吸收，其注意事项与磺胺类药全身应用相同。|1.下列情况应慎用：缺乏葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6PD)、血卟啉症、失水、休克和老年患者。|2.对呋塞米、砜类、噻嗪类利尿药、磺脲类、碳酸酐抑制药呈现过敏的患者，对磺胺药也可过敏。|3.应用本品期间多饮水，保持高尿流量，以防结晶尿的发生，必要时亦可服药碱化尿液。|4.治疗中须注意：|(1)全血象检查，对接受较长疗程的患者尤为重要。|(2)治疗中定期尿液检查以发现长疗程或高剂量治疗时可能发生的结晶尿|(3)肝、肾功能检查。

遮光，密封保存。
