适应症
本品用于各种抑郁症。因具有振奋作用，适用于迟钝型抑郁，但不宜用于激越型抑郁或焦虑性抑郁。亦可用于小儿遗尿症。
用法用量
口服。常用量：开始一次25～50mg，一日2次，早上与中午服用，晚上服药易引起失眠，不宜晚上使用。以后逐渐增加至一日总量100～250mg。高量：一日不超过300mg。维持量一日50～150mg。小儿遗尿症，一次25～50mg，一日1次，睡前1小时服用。
不良反应
治疗初期可能出现失眠与抗胆碱能反应，如多汗，口干，震颤，眩晕，心动过速，视物模糊，排尿困难，便秘或麻痹性肠梗阻等。大剂量可发生心脏传导阻滞，心律失常，焦虑等。其他有皮疹，体位性低血压。偶见癫痫发作和骨髓抑制或中毒性肝损害。
禁忌
严重心脏病、青光眼、排尿困难、支气管哮喘、癫痫、甲状腺功能亢进、谵妄、粒细胞减少、肝功能损害者禁用。对三环类药过敏者禁用。
注意事项
本品不得与单胺氧化酶抑制药合用，应在停用单胺氧化酶抑制剂后14天，才能使用本品。用药期间应定期检查血象，肝，肾功能。患者有转向躁狂倾向时应立即停药。用药期间不宜驾驶车辆，操作机械或高空作业。
贮藏
遮光，密封保存。
