适应症
用于月经失调，如闭经和功能性子宫出血、黄体功能不足、先兆流产和习惯性流产（因黄体不足引起者）、经前期紧张综合症的治疗。
用法用量
肌内注射。
1??先兆流产，一般10-20mg，用至疼痛及出血停止；
2??习惯性流产史者，自妊娠开始，一次10-20mg，每周2-3次；
3??功能性子宫出血，用于撤退性出血血色素低于7?mg时，一日10mg，连用5天，或一日20?mg?连续3-4天；
4??闭经，在预计月经前8-10天，每日肌注10mg，共5天；或每日肌注20?mg?3-4天；
5??经前期紧张综合症，在预计月经前12天注射10-20mg，连续10天。
不良反应
偶见恶心、头晕及头痛、倦怠感、寻麻疹、乳房肿胀、长期连续应用可月经减少或闭经、肝功能异常、浮肿、体重增加等。
禁忌
严重肝损伤患者禁用（使症状恶化）。
注意事项
1．肾病、心脏病水肿、高血压的患者慎用。2．经前紧张症是否存在黄体酮缺乏尚无定论，故使用黄体酮治疗还有争议。3．对早期流产以外的患者投药前应进行全面检查，确定属于黄体功能不全再使用。

遮光，密闭保存。
