适应症
本品主要用于治疗风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、强直性脊柱炎。本药大剂量可减少肾小管对尿酸盐的再吸收，促进尿酸盐排泄，故可用于治疗急性痛风。
用法用量
治疗关节炎口服：每次0.1-0.2g，每日3次，饭后服。每日总量不宜超过0.8g。一周后如无不良反应，病情改善可继续服用，剂量应递减至维持量：每次0.1-0.2g，每日一次。急性痛风口服：初量0.2-0.4g，以后每6小时0.1-0.2g。症状好转后减为每次0.1g，每日三次，连服三日。
不良反应
1. 常见不良反应有恶心、呕吐、胃肠道不适、水钠潴留、水肿、皮疹等; 2. 也可引起腹泻、眩晕、头痛、长期大剂量致消化道溃疡及胃肠出血。 3. 偶有引起肝炎、黄疸、肾炎、血尿、剥脱性皮炎、多型性红斑、甲状腺肿、粒细胞及血小板缺乏症。 4. 服药一周以上应检查血象。如出现发热、咽痛、皮疹、黄疸及柏油样大便应立即停药。
禁忌
对阿司匹林过敏者,有溃疡病史,水肿,高血压、精神病、癫痫、支气管哮喘、心脏病及肝、肾功能不良者禁用。
注意事项
1. 用药时宜忌盐。 2. 服药期间应检查血象，监测肾功能。 3. 本品不宜长期服用，超过一周应检查血象。

遮光，密封保存。
