适应症
抗肝素药。用于因注射肝素过量所引起的出血。
用法用量
静注：抗肝素过量，用量与最后1次肝素使用量相当（1mg硫酸鱼精蛋白可中和100单位肝素）。每次不超过5ml(50mg)。缓慢静注。一般以每分钟0.5ml的速度静注，在10分钟内注入量以不超过50mg为度。由于本品自身具有抗凝作用，因此2小时内（即本品作用有效持续时间内）不宜超过lOOmg。除非另有确凿依据，不得加大剂量。
不良反应
(1)本品可引起心动过缓、胸闷、呼吸困难及血压降低，大多因静注过快所致，系药物直接作用于心肌或周围血管扩张引起；也有肺动脉高压或高血压的报道。(2)注射后有恶心呕吐、面红潮热及倦怠，如作用短暂，毋需治疗。(3)偶有过敏。
禁忌
对本品过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1．本品易破坏，口服无效。禁与碱性物质接触。2．静脉注射速度过快可致热感、皮肤发红，低血压心动过缓等。3．注射器具不能带有碱性。4．本品过敏反应少，但对鱼类过敏者应用时应注意。
贮藏
密闭，在凉暗处（避光并不超过20℃）保存。
