适应症
本品主要适用于对本品敏感的铜绿假单胞菌、某些变形秆菌属以及其他敏感革兰氏阴性菌所致肺炎、尿路感染、复杂性皮肤软组织感染和败血症等。对本品敏感菌所致腹腔感染、盆腔感染宜与抗厌氧菌药物联合应用。
用法用量
静脉滴注，也可静脉注射。 1.成人： (1) 中度感染成人一日剂量8g。 (2) 重症感染或铜绿假单胞菌感染时剂量需增至一日20g，分4次静脉给药。 2.儿童根据病情每日剂量按体重80～300mg/kg，分4次给药。
不良反应
1. 过敏反应较常见，包括皮疹、发热等;过敏性休克偶见，一旦发生，必须就地抢救，予以保持气道畅通、吸氧及给用肾上腺素、糖皮质激素等治疗措施。2. 恶心、呕吐等胃肠道反应。3. 实验室检查异常包括白细胞或中性粒细胞减少，血清转氨酶一过性增高等。
禁忌
有青霉素类药物过敏史或青霉素皮肤试验阳性患者禁用。
注意事项
1. 使用本品前需详细询问药物过敏史并进行青霉素皮肤试验，呈阳性反应者禁用。2. 对一种青霉素过敏者可能对其他青霉素类药物、青霉胺过敏，有青霉素过敏性休克史者约5%～7%可能存在对头孢菌素类药物交叉过敏。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，在凉暗（避光并不超过20℃）干燥处保存。
