适应症
本品为正常细胞保护剂,主要用于各种癌症的辅助治疗.在对肺癌、卵巢癌、乳腺癌、鼻咽癌、骨肿瘤、消化道肿瘤、血液系统肿瘤等多种癌症患者进行化疗前应用本品,可明显减轻化疗药物所产生的肾脏、骨髓、心脏、耳及神经系统的毒性,而不降低化疗药物的药效.放疗前应用本品可显著减少口腔干燥和粘膜炎的发生.
用法用量
1.对于化疗病人,本品起始剂量为按体表面积一次500～600mg/m2,溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液50ml中,在化疗开始前30分钟静脉滴注,15分钟滴完。 2.对于放疗病人,本品起始剂量为按体表面积一次200～300mg/m2,溶于0.9%氯化钠注射液50ml中,在放疗开始前15分钟静脉滴注,15分钟滴完。 3.推荐用止吐疗法,即在给予本品前及同时静脉注射地塞米松5～10mg及5-HT3受体拮抗剂。 4.如果收缩压比表中所列基准值降低明显,应停止本品输注。基线收缩压=180mmHg,输注本品收缩压降低50mmHg。如血压在5分钟内恢复正常且患者无症状,可重新开始注射。
不良反应
1.头晕、恶心、呕吐、乏力等,但患者可耐受.
2.用药期间,一过性的血压轻度下降,一般5～15分钟内缓解,小于3%的患者因血压降低明显而需停药.
3.推荐剂量下,小于1%的患者出现血钙浓度降低.
4.个别患者可出现轻度嗜睡、喷嚏、面部温热感等.
禁忌
1.低血压及低血钙患者慎用。
2.对本品有过敏史及对甘露醇过敏患者禁用。
注意事项
1.由于用药时可能引起短暂的低血压反应,故注意采用平卧位。
2.本品只有在放化疗前即刻使用才显示出有效的保护作用,而在放化疗前或后数小时应用则无保护作用,这与其药代动力学相符合。
贮藏
遮光，密闭，于2℃-8℃保存。
