适应症
适用于伴有丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)升高和病毒活动复制的、肝功能代偿的成人慢性乙型肝炎病人的治疗。
用法用量
本品应在对慢性乙型肝炎治疗有经验的医生指导下使用，推荐剂量为每次0.1g(一片)，每日一次，饭前或饭后服用均可。
不良反应
常见的不良反应有上呼吸道感染样症状、头痛、恶心、身体不适、腹痛和腹泻，症状一般较轻并可自行缓解。
禁忌
对拉米夫定或制剂中其他任何成份过敏者禁用。
注意事项
1.治疗期间应对患者的临床情况及病毒学指标进行定期检查。 |2.少数患者停止使用该品后，肝炎病情可能加重。因此如果停用该品，要对患者进行严密观察，若肝炎恶化，应考虑重新使用该品治疗。 |3.患者肾功能不全会影响拉米夫定的排泄，对于肌酐清除率<30ml/分钟的患者，不建议使用该品。肝脏损害不影响拉米夫定的药物代谢过程。 |4.该品治疗期间不能防止病人将乙型肝炎病毒通过性接触或血源性传播方式感染他人，故仍应采取适当防护措施。 |5.目前尚无资料显示孕妇服用该品后可抑制乙型肝炎病毒的母婴传播。故仍应对新生儿进行常规的乙型肝炎免疫接种。

遮光、密闭，在阴凉干燥处保存。
