适应症
本品用于肾小管性酸中毒伴钙结石、任何病因引起的低枸橼酸尿性草酸钙肾结石、伴有或不伴有钙结石的尿酸结石。
用法用量
1.口服给药。与食物同服或餐后30分钟内服用。 2.使用本品治疗应限制盐的摄取（避免高盐饮食及就餐加盐），鼓励增加液体摄入（每日尿量应保持在2升以上）。 3.本品的治疗目标为恢复正常尿枸橼酸值（大于320mg/天，并尽可能接近平均值为640mg/天的正常值），并使尿pH值升高至6.0-7.0水平。 4.监测血清电解质（钠、钾、氯及二氧化碳）、血清肌酐和全血细胞计数，每4个月1次。对于心脏疾病、肾脏疾病或酸中毒的患者，应提高检测频率，定期进行心电图检查，如出现高血钾、血清肌酐显著升高、血细胞压积或血红蛋白显著降低，应停止本品治疗。 5.应进行24小时尿枸橼酸和尿pH测定，以确定起始剂量或评价剂量改变后的效果，此外，服药期间应每4个月测定一次尿枸橼酸和尿pH。 6.文献资料显示，未进行枸橼酸钾缓释片大于100mEq/天剂量的研究，应避免使用。 7.严重的低枸橼酸尿症：严重的低枸橼酸尿症患者（尿枸橼酸量<150mg/天），起始治疗剂量为60mEq /天，每次30mEq，每日2次或每次20 mEq ，每日3次。 8.轻度至中度低枸橼酸尿症。轻度至中度低枸橼酸尿症患者（尿枸橼酸量>150mg/天），起始治疗剂量为30mEq /天，每次15mEq ，每日2次，或每次10mEq ，每日3次。
不良反应
1.使用本品期间部分患者可能有轻微的消化道症状，如腹部不适、呕吐、腹泻减弱、肠蠕动或恶心这些症状，是由于消化道刺激所引起的，可通过药物和食物同服或减少服药剂量来缓解。
2.患者的粪便中可能存在蜡基质。
禁忌
1.高钾血症患者禁用(或存在能导致高血钾的疾病或因素的患者;
2.患有延迟或阻止片剂通过消化道疾病的患者禁用;
3.消化道溃疡患者禁用;
4.尿路感染活动期患者禁用;(伴有尿素分解细菌或其他细菌，其与钙结石或鸟粪石相关);
5.肾功能不全患者禁用(肾小球滤过率低于0.7ml/kg/min);
6.孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用。
注意事项
1.本品为缓释片，服药时不要压碎、咀嚼、吸吮药片;
2.必须在医生指导下服用本品，若同时服用利尿剂和洋地黄制剂尤应注意;
3.若吞咽药片有困难或者药品黏在咽喉处，应及时与医生联系。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
