适应症
适用于肺结核短程疗法的最初2个月的强化治疗，在此阶段必须每日服用。
用法用量
1.口服。体重30～37kg的患者每日2片，体重38～54kg的患者每日3片，体重55～70kg的患者每日4片，体重71kg以上的患者每日5片，饭前1小时顿服。本品不适用于体重30kg以下的患者。|2.本品应用于抗结核短程疗法的强化治疗阶段，即疗程的起初2个月。根据WHO建议，该阶段之后用利福平和异烟肼继续治疗至少4个月。|3.如果使用本品初期强化治疗被中断，原因包括患者不愿服药或出现禁忌，继续治疗，利福平、异烟肼、吡嗪酰胺、盐酸乙胺丁醇必须单独服用，因为利福平需要以较低的剂量再次服用。或遵医嘱。
不良反应
利福平连续和间歇治疗过程中的不良反应如下：暂时性白细胞减少，嗜酸性粒细胞增多。在少数情况下，间歇治疗比连续治疗更容易出现血小板减少，血小板减少性紫癜的症状。有报道表明，如果在出现紫癜以后继续服用利福平，会出现脑出血并发生死亡。溶血和溶血性贫血。
禁忌
1.对利福平、吡嗪酰胺、异烟肼、盐酸乙胺丁醇或任何辅料过敏者禁用;|2.肝功能不正常者、胆道梗阻者、3个月以内孕妇、痛风患者、精神病、癫痫病患者、糖尿病有眼底病变者、卟啉症禁用;|3.严重肾功能不全患者(肌酐清除率?30ml/min)禁用;|4.禁忌与伏立康唑和蛋白酶抑制剂联合使用(详见[药物相互作用]);|5.妊娠前3个月的孕妇禁用;|6.儿童禁用。
注意事项
1.交叉过敏反应，对乙硫异烟胺、吡嗪酰胺、烟酸或其他化学结构有关药物过敏者也可能对本品过敏;|2.对诊断的干扰：用硫酸铜法进行尿糖测定可呈假阳性反应，但不影响酶法测定的结果。乙胺吡嗪利福异烟片(Ⅱ)可使血清胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶及门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的测定值增高;|3.有精神病、癫痫病史者、严重肾功能损害者应慎用;|4.如疗程中出现视神经炎症状，应立即进行眼部检查，并定期复查;|5.乙胺吡嗪利福异烟片(Ⅱ)中毒时可用大剂量维生素B6对抗。
