适应症

本品用于干咳，包括感冒和咽炎、支气管炎等引起的咳嗽。

用法用量

口服。 1.12岁以上儿童及成人：一次10-20毫升(2-4瓶盖)，一日3-4次。瓶盖可做量杯用，每盖至刻线5毫升。 2.12岁以下儿童用量如下： (1)1-3岁，10-15公斤，3毫升/次。 (2)4-6岁，16-21公斤，4毫升/次。 (3)7-9岁，22-27公斤，5毫升/次。 (4)10-12岁，28-32公斤，6毫升/次;一日3-4次。

不良反应

可见头晕、头痛、嗜睡、易激动、嗳气、食欲缺乏、便秘、恶心、皮肤过敏等，但不影响疗效。停药后上述反应可自行消失。过量可引起神志不清，支气管痉挛，呼吸抑制。

禁忌

1.妊娠3个月内妇女、有精神病史者及哺乳期妇女禁用。
2.服用单胺氧化酶抑制剂停药不满两周的患者禁用。

注意事项

1.1岁以下儿童使用本品时请咨询医师。
2.用药7天、症状未缓解、请咨询医师或药师。
3.哮喘患者，痰多的患者，肝肾功能不全患者慎用。
4.孕妇慎用。
5.服药期间不得驾驶机，车，船，从事高空作业，机械作业及操作精密仪器。
6.对本品过敏者禁用、过敏体质者慎用。
7.本品性状发生改变时禁止使用。
8.请将本品放在儿童不能接触的地方。
9.儿童必须在成人监护下使用。
10.如正在使用其他药品、使用本品前请咨询医师或药师。

贮藏

药品阴凉贮存区(20℃以下)。
