适应症
适用于敏感菌所致的下列感染： 1.上下呼吸道感染：咽、扁桃体炎、急慢性支气管炎、肺炎； 2.泌尿生殖系统感染：肾盂肾炎、膀胱炎、前列腺炎、副睾炎、尿道炎、子宫内膜炎； 3.胆道感染； 4.肠道感染：细菌性痢疾、肠炎； 5.皮肤软组织感染：毛囊炎(包括脓胞性痤疮)、疖、痈、丹毒； 6.眼、耳、鼻、口腔感染：眼睑炎、睑板腺炎、泪囊炎、外耳道炎、中耳炎、副鼻窦炎、牙周炎； 7.其它：乳腺炎、外伤及手术伤口感染。
用法用量
口服，成人一日0.3～0.45g（2～3片），2～3次服用。严重感染者一日0.6g（4片），分2～3次服用。
不良反应
1.过敏反应：发热、呼吸困难、浮肿、间质性肺炎、光敏症、皮疹、皮肤瘙痒、嗜酸性细胞增多。
2.消化系统反应：恶心、呕吐、纳差、腹泻。
3.头痛、失眠、疲倦、痉挛、血小板减少。
4.偶可发生急性肾功能不全、粒细胞缺乏症、假膜性肠炎、低血糖、肝功能异常。
禁忌
1.对本品或喹诺酮类药物过敏者禁用;
2.孕妇、哺乳期妇女及18岁以下患者禁用。
注意事项
1.肾功能减退者慎用，若使用，应根据减退程度调整剂量;
2.肝功能不全者慎用，若使用，应注意监测肝功能，并根据减退程度调整剂量;
3.原有中枢神经系统疾患者，包括脑动脉硬化或癫痫病史者均应避免应用，有指征时权衡利弊应用;
4.喹诺酮类药物间存在交叉过敏反应，对任何一种喹诺酮类过敏者不宜使用本品;
5.本品可引起光敏反应，至少在光照后12小时才可接受治疗，治疗期间及治疗后数天内应避免过长时间暴露于明亮光照下;
6.出现光敏反应指征如皮肤灼热、发红、肿胀、水泡、皮疹、瘙痒、皮炎时应停止治疗。
贮藏
密封，置阴凉处。
