适应症
作为冲洗剂，应用于经尿道内作前列腺切除术和术前肠道准备。
用法用量
冲洗，用量可视手术需要而定。
不良反应
1.冲洗液通过被切开的静脉，被人体吸收可导致血液循环的负担过重，心脏衰竭或电解质紊乱，对有原发性肾或心肺疾病患者进行较长时间的前列腺电切手术时则尤为突出。
2.器质性肾病患者超剂量使用时，将导致水中毒，可出现中枢神经系统过度兴奋，如精神紊乱、发冷、恶心，有时会出现神经未梢痉挛。
3.超剂量使用可引起血液稀释导致电解质紊乱。
禁忌
1.已确诊为急性肾小管坏死的无尿患者，包括对试用甘露醇无反应者，因甘露醇积聚引起血容量增多加重心脏负担。
2.严重失水者。
3.颅内活动性出血者，因扩容加重出血，但颅内手术时除外。
4.急性肺水肿或严重肺瘀血

密封，置阴凉处。
