适应症
用于治疗由葡萄球菌属(包括耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌MRSA)、链球菌属、肠球菌属、摩根菌属、大肠唉希氏菌、普罗威登氏菌属、柠檬酸杆菌属、克雷伯菌属、肠杆菌属、沙雷氏菌属、变形杆菌属，假单胞菌属，消化链球菌属等敏感菌引起的单纯性尿路感染，如膀胱炎、尿道炎等。
用法用量
口服，成人，一次0.1g，一日2次。
不良反应
1.休克：比较罕见。若出现这类症状，应中止治疗并采取适当处理措施；
2.过敏反应：偶见皮疹、风疹、红斑，面部红肿等。在此情形下应中止治疗；
3.肾功能损害：偶见BUN、血清肌酐升高；
4.肝功能损害：罕见GOT、GPT，LDH和AL-P升高以及黄疸；在此情形下应中止治疗；
5.血液学：偶见贫血、白细胞减少、血小板减少、嗜酸性粒细胞增多等，在此情形下应中止治疗；
6.消化系统：偶见厌食，腹痛，腹泻，恶心，便秘，腹部触痛，腹胀，消化不良，呕吐，口渴等。据报道，喹诺酮类药物可引起伴有便血的伪膜性结肠炎，如果发生腹痛以及经常性腹泻应中止治疗并采取适当处理措施。
7.精神神经系统：晕眩，偶见头痛及失眠；
8.其他：偶见发热、心悸。据报道，喹诺酮类药物可引起高血糖症(老年患者，尤其是肾衰患者较易发生)。
